Customers may download a prepaid return shipping label through the return portal available on our website.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements before processing approval.

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping & Liability

All shipments are fully insured while in transit. However, once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Antonio Guzzo Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.

For security purposes, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

Shipping Insurance & Claims

Every shipment is insured based on the value of the purchased item.

Claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
