Warranty Policy

Antonio Guzzo Fine Jewelry

At Antonio Guzzo Fine Jewelry, we take pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and materials used in every piece of jewelry we create. Each piece is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under the terms outlined below.

Warranty Period

All Antonio Guzzo Fine Jewelry pieces are covered by our limited warranty for one (3) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page or in writing by Antonio Guzzo Fine Jewelry.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal and reasonable use, including:

  • Defects in workmanship or construction.
  • Defects in the setting of gemstones caused by a manufacturing issue.
  • Broken or defective clasps, closures, or other jewelry components when the damage is determined to be a manufacturing defect.
  • Other structural defects determined by Antonio Guzzo Fine Jewelry to have resulted from the original manufacturing process.

If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item or affected component at no charge.

If the original item or component is no longer available, we may provide a comparable replacement or another appropriate remedy.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper care, or alterations to the jewelry.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Scratches, dents, abrasions, or discoloration resulting from normal wear.
  • Damage caused by impact, dropping, crushing, bending, or snagging.
  • Lost or damaged gemstones resulting from an accident or impact.
  • Normal wear of prongs, clasps, chains, rings, or other components.
  • Tarnishing, oxidation, or changes in appearance caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, chlorine, salt water, or other substances.
  • Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat or moisture.
  • Damage caused by improper storage or cleaning.
  • Damage caused by modifications, resizing, repairs, or alterations performed by another jeweler or third party.
  • Lost jewelry.
  • Theft or loss of gemstones.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow our jewelry care recommendations.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Gemstones and Natural Variations

Many of our pieces feature natural gemstones, including Colombian emeralds and other precious and semi-precious stones. Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, variations in color, clarity, tone, and texture. These characteristics are natural and are not considered defects.

Because natural gemstones are unique, replacement stones may not be identical in appearance to the original stone.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us through our website and provide:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase.
  2. A description of the issue.
  3. Clear photographs of the jewelry showing the problem.
  4. Any additional information requested by our customer service team.

After reviewing your claim, we may request that the jewelry be returned to us for physical inspection.

Do not send jewelry to us without first receiving return instructions from Antonio Guzzo Fine Jewelry.

If the item is determined to have a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will determine the appropriate repair or replacement.

Inspection and Repair

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Antonio Guzzo Fine Jewelry.

If our inspection determines that the damage is not covered under the warranty, we will contact you before performing any chargeable repair.

If you choose not to proceed with a non-warranty repair, the jewelry may be returned to you at your expense.

Repairs Performed by Other Jewelers

Any repair, alteration, resizing, modification, stone replacement, or other work performed by a jeweler or service provider other than Antonio Guzzo Fine Jewelry may void this warranty.

We recommend contacting us before having any warranty-related work performed elsewhere.

Care of Your Jewelry

To preserve the beauty and condition of your jewelry, we recommend:

  • Remove jewelry before exercising, swimming, bathing, or performing strenuous activities.
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, cleaning products, chlorine, and other chemicals.
  • Store each piece separately in a clean, dry jewelry box or pouch.
  • Avoid exposing jewelry to excessive heat or sudden temperature changes.
  • Have gemstone settings, clasps, and other components periodically inspected by a qualified jeweler.

Proper care can significantly extend the life and beauty of your jewelry.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antonio Guzzo Fine Jewelry’s liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or other remedy expressly provided under this warranty.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to This Warranty

Antonio Guzzo Fine Jewelry reserves the right to modify this warranty policy for future purchases. The warranty applicable to your purchase is the warranty in effect at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
